Ann Costello assumed the role of Global Head Centralised and Point of Care Solutions in 2019 and is a member of the Diagnostics Leadership Team, reporting to Thomas Schinecker, CEO Roche Diagnostics.
Ann returned to Roche Diagnostics International in Rotkreuz in 2018 as Global Franchise Lead for Centralised Solutions in the Centralised and Point of Care Solutions Business Area, after seven years with Roche Tissue Diagnostics. She joined Roche Tissue Diagnostics in 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. In January 2013 she assumed the position of Lifecycle Leader for Advanced Staining Assays and in September 2014 was appointed the Advanced Staining Franchise Leader. In 2016 she assumed the position as Head of the Roche Tissue Diagnostics Unit as a member of the Roche Molecular Solutions Leadership Team
Ann has over thirty years of experience within the diagnostics field. Prior to joining Roche Tissue Diagnostics, she held a number of senior management positions at Roche Diagnostics, including Senior Vice President of the Serum Work Area Business in Roche Professional Diagnostics where she was responsible for leading program management and global marketing for Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay.
Ann is a Fellow of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science and holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Science from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland.

Maysoun Ramadan is leading Roche Diagnostics’ Human Resources & Corporate Communications in the Middle East covering 16 countries and over 450 employees across the region with her contribution to drive forward the company’s culture, values and mission of doing now what patients need next. Maysoun is a passionate champion of workplace gender equality and STEM education amongst young female Arabs. She has an overarching responsibility for ensuring the high quality of human capital services and strategies at the regional Diagnostics division, and established the corporate communication functions in the Middle East that leads strategic communication and media relations for the region.
